Our servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Two separate monitoring machines queries our servers every 5 minutes and report any problems to our administrators. Chances are, if something were to go wrong, our administrators are paged within seconds. We will be hard at work, trying to resolve any issues.
